What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It's most commonly used to treat confidence issues, anxiety, low mood, depression, and many other mental and physical health problems.

By understanding how your past influences your present, we can collaboratively create sustainable changes and work towards a brighter future. 

Offering a genuine connection and a tailored approach, I support teenagers aged 16+ and adults of all genders, with a special interest in working on confidence and self-esteem issues.
